The Thursday Drop-In mixes learning new skills and health and well-being. The session usually starts with mix of gentle warm up exercises or dance and a game of Boccia. Over the next 2 weeks the main focus will be on Cyber Security with the staff from Orchard Hill College. Arts and Crafts activities will be available during this session for anyone that wants to do something different.
